Martin Smith, Principal

Marty leads Waterhouse’s land acquisition, planning, financing and entitlement activities. Our developments are thoughtfully located in desirable communities within close proximity to major highways, employment, shopping, schools and area attractions. Marty is also responsible for the administrative management duties of the company as well. Marty has an extensive business background, and has worked in the homebuilding/development business for over 20 years. He has served in a variety of elected and appointed positions within state and local government.  

Kris Cole, Principal   

Kris is responsible for developing the Waterhouse product line and company sales. Kris works directly with clients throughout the sales and construction process. As the on-site “builder-owner”, he insures the finished product is built as the client has contracted. His interaction with the clients allows him to translate requests into new designs and products. His direct involvement helps the buyer have the confidence that a Waterhouse home will be built as specified and delivered within the time frame promised. 

Kris is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Connecticut, and has been building homes for over 20 years.
